EXCELLENT SERVICE

My computer was so frustratingly slow, I thought it would need replacing but Jan arrived at the arranged time, checked it thoroughly and sorted everything out really efficiently for a very modest fee. It now runs beautifully and Jan has saved me having to buy a new computer as well as connecting wi-fi and a DVD writer. He even put my pictures onto discs without charge! He really knows his stuff and gives very clear and useful advice without waffle. So glad I finally got round to speaking to him and will book annual services in future to keep my computer maintained. I can’t recommend Oakley.IT highly enough.

Within an hour of calling, Jan came round and took away my faulty laptop, warning me that it may take him a while to return it due to his pitch at the Oakley Carnival. The next day he returned it to me fully functioning. Great service and great rates, rest assured I will call Jan again for future computer troubles. Brilliant!

Quick Turnaround

Professional, Efficient And Affordable!

Rang Jan to get me up and running with a computer system for my new position in Rushden. He was both professional, efficient and affordable. I was able to discuss my requirements and then leave him to set the system up. He even got me cabling for internet access and set me up with an email address. I cant praise Jan highly enough. Nice guy who clearly knows his IT and is eager to help with both advice and support.

Thoroughly recommended

I was just about to get rid if my PC as it was just so slow but decided to contact OakleyIT to see if they could do something. Jan came round and performed miracles.

He cleared loads of programs that were never used, gave the PC a full service and increased the RAM. It is now much quicker and a pleasure to use.

Jan is very experienced and discusses everything that he is doing.
